About Me

Hello, my name is Christine Galvin-Combet. As a life coach, my mission is to provide a dedicated space for caregivers. I understand the unique blend of love, stress, and exhaustion that comes with caring for a loved one. Life can feel like an emotional roller coaster ride with all the highs and lows. Each journey is unique, and you're forever changed.

While certain things are outside of your control, you can control the thoughts you have about those things. If you wish, you can consciously and intentionally choose to show up as a more empowered version of yourself in any situation. Mindset matters. 

Through the coaching process, you will gain awareness, and discover what might be limiting you from showing up in life in the way you choose. The exploration that occurs in each session will enable you to decide on actions you will take to make meaningful shifts towards what it is you want. 

I am committed to providing confidential, individualized support, and will serve as your accountability partner to keep you on track with your goals as the process unfolds.
